Privacy Policy — Custom Shop for Tesla

Effective date: September 28, 2026 Developer: Andrej Suttles (AndrejSuttles.com) Contact: info@suttlesolution.com

Custom Shop for Tesla ("the app") is built by an independent developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

The short version

The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your dashcam footage never leaves your phone. Your wraps, shows, sounds and drive log stay on your phone and, when iCloud is on, in your own private iCloud storage so they reach your other devices — nobody else, including the developer, can see them. A small number of features send specific pieces of data off the device to work at all, and every one of them is listed below. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with data brokers — ever.

What leaves your device, and why

1. Location (charger search and utility rates). When you use the charger map, the map's current center coordinates (or a route) are sent to Open Charge Map and the U.S. Department of Energy's NREL station API to find chargers near you. When you look up home electricity rates, a ZIP code is sent to NREL's OpenEI Utility Rate Database. These requests carry no other identifying information, are not stored by the app beyond the current session's results, and are never combined with other data. Location permission is optional — decline it and the map simply starts unpositioned.

2. Purchases. Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. The app reads your entitlement status from Apple's systems to unlock features. It never sees your payment details, and it operates no server of its own to send purchase information to.

3. Your own iCloud, for sync. When iCloud is on for the app, your wraps, light shows, sounds, drive-log totals, charging history and chosen car are kept in your private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit, so they appear on your other devices. Only your devices, signed in as you, can read it; the developer cannot. Turn it off in iOS Settings › your name › iCloud, and the app keeps everything on this device only.

4. Your Wall Connector, on your own network. If you connect a Gen 3 Wall Connector, the app reads its status over your home Wi-Fi. Those requests go only to the Wall Connector's address on your local network and never to the internet.

The app contains no third-party SDKs — no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting libraries of any kind.

Community sharing

The current version of the app has no Community feature and uploads nothing to any public database. If a future version adds public sharing, this policy will be updated, with what is shared, how it is moderated, and how to remove it, before that version ships.

Data retention and deletion

The developer holds no data about you on any server. Deleting the app deletes everything on that device. To delete the synced copies in your iCloud as well: iOS Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Custom Shop › Delete Data.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and contains no user-generated content from other people. It is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone beyond what is described above.

Your choices

Location, camera, motion, and local-network permissions are each optional and can be changed any time in iOS Settings; each feature that needs one explains itself before asking. Under privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA you may request access to or deletion of personal data — as described above, the developer holds no personal data about you; what the app stores lives on your devices and in your own iCloud, where you can delete it yourself. Questions: info@suttlesolution.com. The app does not sell personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will change and the update will ship in the app's next release notes.
